- What is an "area"?
- Your home area is a 25-mile radius from your billing address. We use it to show nearby plans and to keep access fair where the catalog is still thin.
- What is a personalized plan?
- A custom itinerary for your date, your window, your budget, and your family. You request it. We usually turn it around in about a day or two.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes. Cancel anytime. You keep access to plans you already received through the end of the billing period.
- Do you need my kids' names?
- No. Ages, interests, and needs are enough.
- What if there aren't many plans near me?
- In low-density areas (fewer than 25 plans within 25 miles), we give you 2 custom plans per month and expanded access (50 miles or global if it is even sparser).
